🔁 Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 3–4 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🔄 Exchange Policy

Need a different item or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges for eligible items within the 4-day return period.

⚠️ Items Not Eligible

• Used or damaged items (unless defective)
• Clearance or final sale products
• Custom or personalized items
• Opened food-related products (for hygiene reasons)

📦 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at OiiLLyservices@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions and a return label (if applicable).
3. Ship the item back using the label provided or your preferred courier.

💳 Refunds

• Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
• Issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or defective? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
